Feldschlösschen Braufrisch convinces the nose with a scent of fresh yeast and the palate with a light hop bitterness as well as light malt and caramel notes. Feldschlösschen Braufrisch, our modern and personal interpretation of the famous Keller beer, was developed with great passion by our young master brewers in Rheinfelden and impresses with its unique and refreshing taste. Feldschlösschen Braufrisch goes particularly well with light dishes such as salads, fish or meat dishes, but also with mountain cheeses of different ages. The Feldschlösschen brewery was founded in Rheinfelden, AG in 1876 by master brewer Theophil Roniger and farmer Matthias Wüthrich. Since the first brew, Feldschlösschen has become the largest brewery in Switzerland and still produces beer in the Rheinfelden castle according to the most modern standards and with the best quality.
