Feldschlösschen Braufrisch, our very own modern interpretation of the popular lager, was developed with great passion by our young master brewers in Rheinfelden. The refreshingly cloudy cellar beer is unfiltered and natural. The light malt and caramel notes give the beer its uniquely refreshing taste. Feldschlösschen Braufrisch convinces the nose with a scent of fresh yeast and the taste with a light hop bitterness as well as light malt and caramel notes. In the glass, it presents itself with slightly reddish reflections and a golden shine. The beer goes particularly well with light dishes such as salads, fish or meat dishes, but also with mountain cheese of different ages. Vol. Alc: 5.0% IBU: 15 EBC: 19 Original wort: 12.2°
