Description
The Rigate De Cecco No. 41 are Italian quality noodles with a long tradition. They consist of durum wheat semolina and cold water from the Majella mountains. To obtain pasta that is always "al dente", only coarse semolina flour is used. Also special about De Cecco pasta is the slow drying process at low temperature, a method that has proven itself over many years and is still used today. The Rigate No. 41 go wonderfully with various tomato and meat sauces, with vegetables, and as a baked dish.
