Preparation: Remove the frozen pizza from the foil, place it on the rack and bake in the lower third of the preheated oven. Baking time: Top/bottom heat: 220°C, 11-13 min. Convection: 200°C, 11-13 min. Gas: Level 4, 11-13 min. Our tip: Your Ristorante pizza turns out even better if you bake it with top and bottom heat instead of convection. The topping will then be particularly juicy and the cheese will melt evenly and tenderly.
