Description

The Quintessenz Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva is one of the top wines of the Kaltern winery. The grapes come from warm, south-east facing slopes at 220 to 260 meters above sea level. Loamy soils with limestone gravel and a layer of sand ensure good heat storage and drainage. After mash fermentation and a twelve-month maturation in barriques, the Cabernet Sauvignon presents itself as powerful and elegant at the same time.
