Classic, powerful Barolo from the house of Paolo Contern, the Riva del Bric delights all around. In the glass, it shows itself in a deep dark, ruby red color. The nose is seduced by intense aromas of ripe, red and dark fruits. On the palate, this red wine presents itself with a wonderfully creamy texture and velvety structure, without losing its lively freshness. The finish of this Barolo remains long and pleasant in the mouth and rounds off the taste experience perfectly. For this powerful, varietal wine from Piedmont, only high-quality grape material was processed. After the hand-picking, the grapes were gently processed. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, a maturation for several months on the fine lees followed. This powerful Barolo goes excellently with meat dishes, aged cheese, pizza, pasta with dark sauces.
