Description

The vines grow from the soils of the Licorella region. Scala Dei Prior is a red wine from the Bodega Scala Dei from the Priorat region. A historic winery, which was built in the 12th century by a few monks from the French Provence. The grapes were destemmed before cold maceration and fermented at a controlled temperature. However, before it appeared on the market, it rested for at least 4 months in the bottle. The Scala Dei Prior, which consists of the Garnacha, Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grape varieties, gives the wine a juicy taste. In the glass, it presents itself with an intense ruby red color with garnet red and bluish reflections on the edge. A great wine for every occasion.
