As diverse as the soils are the wines of Moulis, with the broad spectrum ranging from soft to full and more tannin-heavy wines – reaching their peak after a decade. The area of the vineyards is 600 hectares, about 4 million bottles come from 31 Crus Bourgeois, 13 Crus Artisans and other Crus. A classic, rigorous aroma reveals itself on the nose: spices, vegetable notes as well as wild berries and undergrowth. This aroma impression is confirmed on the palate, where a structure of soft, velvety, but present tannins manifests itself with the corresponding fruit acidity. The finish is persistent, typical, straightforward and classic.
