Description

Château Angélus is one of the most important wineries in Saint-Émilion. The wine is made from Cabernet Franc and Merlot and is characterized by an exceptional combination of precision, elegance and complexity. For the first time in the history of the Château, Cabernet Franc makes up 60% of the cuvée and shapes the wine with freshness, floral nuances and fine spice. Merlot gives it additional fruit and suppleness. Despite its pronounced structure, the wine presents itself remarkably fine and balanced. Precise tannins, intense fruit and a lively freshness ensure tension and a long, elegant finish. A characterful Saint-Émilion with great finesse and excellent aging potential.
