Description

The rich history of Orma is immersed in the rustic vineyards of Bolgheri, a small area in the province of Livorno, known for its wines. Bolgheri has gently sloping hills and deep soil, consisting mainly of pebbles and clay, with very little sand. The nearby Tyrrhenian Sea buffers the heat coming from the interior of the Maremma, cools the summers and mitigates the cold winters. Only a few thousand bottles of this masterful wine are produced each year on 7 hectares of land. Despite the high demand, winemaker Antonio Moretti does not increase production. A very noble wine, which expresses undeniable finesse.
