Description

This Ornellaia is an impressive vintage from the famous winery on the Bolgheri coast. In a year characterized by exceptional heat and yet preserved balance, this wine shows impressively how prestige, terroir and style harmonize. In the glass, it presents itself in intense ruby red; in the bouquet, it reveals an opulent play of dark, fully ripe fruits, accompanied by nuances of vanilla, tobacco, balsamic accents and fine roasted aromas. On the palate, the Ornellaia acts with a powerful start, carried by great concentration. The dense, yet polished tannins provide structure and depth without compromising the elegant profile of the wine. The Ornellaia is powerful, precise and full of potential. A modern masterpiece of Tuscany that offers both pleasure in its youth and is excellently storable.
