Description
When the passionate winemakers Benjamin de Rothschild and Pablo Alvarez met for the first time, the idea of founding a joint winery quickly emerged. Already at the beginning of the 2000s, both families began implementing their ambitious project. On barren, lime and clay-containing soils, they cultivate Tempranillo vines in the best location. The mild climate of the region, characterized by Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, lets the old vines produce only low, but highly concentrated yields. Through careful harvesting and strict selection, a wine of impressive density and exceptional aromatic purity is created.
