Description

The Quattro is made from grapes that grow in the Neretva valley. The vines were planted on fertile soil and yield fruits with good balance and good maturity. The grapes are harvested by hand at night at low temperatures in order to preserve their acidity and aromas. The selection is manual and takes place simultaneously with light mulching. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the fruity aromas. Aging on the yeast lasts three months. The Quattro has a beautiful straw-yellow color with ripe fruity aromas. A fresh wine with a medium body and very rich in minerals, a characteristic that reflects the specific location of the company's vineyard. The Volarevic winery is a family business founded by the father and his four sons. The family vineyards are cultivated and processed manually and according to ecological standards. The wines, which come from the Volarevic family's vineyards, also bear the name Syrtis, which translates as Prud. Prud is the name of the village where the family lives.
