Description
For this cuvée, the best grapes are selected, resulting in better extraction of fruit and color. The harvest takes place later: this gives the grapes advanced ripeness and the wine a soft texture with a sweet finish. The nose is dominated by notes of blackberries, wild herbs, and a few hints of pepper. Full-bodied and rich with rare aromatic fullness, silky and light tannins. The finish is fresh and surprisingly elegant.
