Description
A juicy and fruity red wine, fresh and invigorating, whose vines originally come from France and show a very low yield per hectare. Maceration took place at a controlled temperature and lasted 10-12 days. The grapes were then pressed. This lively wine was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. For centuries, it has been said that the Sambuca region in Sicily produces excellent grapes for the production of wine. The Cellaro winery tells this story with its unmistakable wines.
