Description
The Lason Merlot Riserva from the Kaltern winery comes from a south-facing basin at 250 to 300 meters above sea level. The vineyards stand on loamy alluvial soil with a high gravel content and thus offer favorable conditions for the Merlot grape variety. After mash fermentation and malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for twelve months in barriques.
