Yellow Label is produced with Monastrell grapes. This grape variety grows at high altitudes. The local vines are very old and grow on very gravelly and stony soils, from which small berries with high concentration are obtained. Therefore, the wine has a particular intensity. In the cellar, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine matures for 4 months in old and new American and French oak barrels. An intense red wine with a storage potential of up to 5 years.
