This Torre Muga red wine presents itself in the glass in a dark red color. It was made from the grape varieties Tempranillo, Mazuelo, and Graciano, which give it wonderful aromas of forest fruits, fine woods, and warm forest floor. On the palate, scents of floral fragrance, leather, cassis, and coffee appear. Balsamic and mineral nuances give it a long-lasting finish with spicy berry fruit. It is an elegant and complex wine from the Rioja area. The winery was founded in 1932 by the Muga family, led by Manuel and Juan Muga. It includes a large vineyard area planted with the grape varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo, Viura, Malvasia, and Graciano.
