The Union Ivan Rakitic is a limited edition and an elegant and characterful red wine, created in collaboration with the well-known football player Ivan Rakitic! Won from the Tinto grape variety, it imparts complex aromas of ripe forest fruits combined with balsamic and spicy notes as well as hints of cocoa and licorice. The cherry-red color of the wine as well as its dense body and the intense tear give pure pleasure. On the palate, it shows itself fleshy with a pleasant structure and a refreshing wild acidity thanks to the 15-month maturation in American and French oak barrels as well as another year in the bottle. Perfectly served at a drinking temperature of 14-16 °C, this wine fits ideally with red meat, game, lamb, aged cheese, and Iberian sausages.
