Description
After a careful manual selection from the estate's 40-year-old vineyards, located at an altitude of 900 meters, the grapes were transported to the cellar in 15 kg crates. They were selected again on the sorting table by the same hands that had selected the fruits the previous year. Vinification took place separately according to the variety. Malolactic fermentation was conducted in new French and American oak barrels. The wine then matured in the same barrels for 18 months.
