The Arzuaga Reserva Especial Magnum comes from the renowned Ribera del Duero wine region and embodies the masterpiece of Spanish winemaking. In the glass, this red wine presents an intense and rich cherry red color with violet reflections that already hint at the richness and depth of the wine. The nose is seduced by an impressive aromatic complexity, with fruity notes dominating at the beginning. On the palate, the Arzuaga Reserva Especial Magnum presents itself with remarkable meatiness, creaminess and softness, which culminate in a characteristic freshness. The wine ends with a long and pleasant finish that harmoniously completes the taste experience. After manual harvesting, the grapes are processed without the use of mechanical aids. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. The wine is matured for 24 months in French oak barriques. The Arzuaga Reserva Especial Magnum goes perfectly with red meat or meat in sauce, game, game birds, soft or slightly smoked cheeses and even blue fish.
