For this flagship of the estate, only the best grapes selected through meticulous manual harvesting are used. Biserno is a robust red wine that exudes elegance and boasts the best quality. A noble wine that pairs perfectly with elegant meat dishes. The winemaker Ludovico Antinori discovered the Tuscan estate while looking for new plots to integrate into the Tenuta dell'Ornellaia. He immediately recognized the potential of that hilly landscape and bought it. The nearby Tyrrhenian Sea buffers the heat coming from the interior of the country, cools the summers, and mitigates the cold winters. The territory offers optimal conditions for the production of the Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot varieties.
