Argiolas
Cardanera
Marqués de Cáceres
This red wine, made from 90% Tempranillo and 10% other grape varieties, is produced mainly from hand-harvested grapes from 20-year-old vines. A wine that convinces with fruity notes of berries and an excellent structure. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The grapes were previously destemmed. Then maceration took place to obtain a stronger color and more intense aroma. The aging took place for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and in used French and American barriques. The wine then aged in the bottle for another 12 months. Bodegas Marqués de Cáceres has been a famous address for quality wines for over 4 decades and is located in Rioja Alta. This area is strongly influenced by the Cantabrian Sea and the Mediterranean climate. The mountains surrounding the wine-growing area offer protection from strong and cold winds, which ensures optimal conditions for viticulture.
