Bolgherese Bolgheri Superiore
T`ga za Jug
The T'ga za jug is a varietal red wine from the Balkans. The harvest of the Vranec grapes was done by hand. After transport to the cellar, these were filled into concrete vats in a cold room and cooled at a temperature of 6-7°C. At a temperature of 3°C, the grapes were cold-macerated for three days. The maceration on the skin lasted 15 days. The long maceration in concrete containers was carried out to extract the entire antioxidant potential of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. Subsequently, the wine matured for twelve months in wooden barrels to obtain a refined and structured taste.
