Condado de Haza
The year began with normal weather conditions, followed by a mild spring with occasional frost in May, which caused little damage to the vines. In general, the year was dry, especially during the growing season, which affected vine growth and berry size. Temperatures during the ripening period were very favorable, with marked differences between day and night temperatures, which favored the phenolic ripening of our Tempranillo. Sporadic rain in September slowed down the ripening process, but did not affect the quality of the grapes. All these factors made it possible to complete the harvest on the usual dates and with excellent quality.
