Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Rappn, savings, and how it works.
Rappn is a grocery app designed for shoppers in Switzerland. It compares offers from Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi, Lidl (and other retailers), helps you build smart lists, and for every item, it shows you where you can buy it for less this week.
Yes, Rappn is completely free for users. In the future, we might introduce a premium version with extra features, but the basic version for saving on groceries will always remain free: saving on your shopping cart is everyone's right, not a luxury.
It means you are among the first, the most visionary users 💚 The app is already usable, but some functions may change or improve based on feedback. If something doesn't convince you or you have an idea, feel free to write to us at info@rappn.ch: we listen to every suggestion and use it to improve Rappn.
Rappn is available in Italian, German, French, and English, to adapt to the main languages of Switzerland.
Yes, Rappn works throughout Switzerland. You can use the app wherever you are, and if you enable location, we show you the most relevant offers near you.
Currently, we include the main Swiss supermarket chains: Lidl, Aldi, Migros, Coop, and Denner. We are working to add other retailers over time.
The data comes from public sources: leaflets, websites, and promotional materials from various supermarkets and points of sale. Rappn collects everything, organizes it, and shows it to you clearly, so you can understand in seconds what's really worth buying for your groceries. We are not a supermarket and do not sell products: our role is purely informative.
