There is no measured saving that applies to every household. Any difference depends on your basket, the date, your canton, offer conditions and the shops you can reach. Compare equivalent products and include travel costs.

A savings example needs a dated basket, quantities and comparable prices. An illustrative scenario is not a prediction of what using Rappn will save you.

Enter your monthly grocery budget and choose your own assumed reduction. The monthly difference is budget multiplied by that percentage; the yearly difference is twelve times the rounded monthly amount. No savings rate is supplied or guaranteed by Rappn.

No. A promotion helps only when the product, quantity and conditions suit your needs. Check the unit price, validity period, canton and any card requirement before buying.

Start with the products and quantities you need, compare current offers and unit prices, and share the list with your household. Record the actual receipt total afterwards. This is a workflow, not a measured savings example.

Three habits make the biggest difference. First, monitor the products you buy every week. Second, open Rappn before each shop to see which offers line up with your list. Third, build your basket around the deals that match your preferences and favorite stores. If you share your cart with the rest of your family, you'll also avoid buying the same thing twice.

Yes. Splitting your shopping across multiple stores takes more time. Some deals require a minimum purchase or a loyalty card. Private-label products aren't always a perfect substitute across chains. And worth knowing: Rappn tracks items currently on offer, not the full base-price catalog of every retailer, so items that are never promoted won't show up in comparisons.

No. You can use Rappn without loyalty cards. The wallet displays a saved card’s barcode or QR code. Acceptance at a particular checkout depends on the retailer.

Yes. You still get flyer aggregation, alerts on your favorite products, spending tracking and shopping lists. The occasional price comparison also shows you when it's worth making an exception and visiting another store.

Create a cart, tap the share icon, and invite people via a link, typically your partner, kids or flatmates. Everyone sees changes in real time, so the whole family can tick off items, add new ones or adjust quantities together.

No. All carts are private by default. They only become shared if you explicitly invite someone.

Tap the bookmark icon on any offer or product to save it. To get alerts when a saved product goes on sale, make sure notifications are switched on in Profile → App settings → Notifications.

List the products and quantities you need. Compare matching offers and unit prices, and share the list with your household if useful. This does not promise a complete basket comparison across all regular shelf prices.

No account is needed to use Rappn.

Your email, username, app preferences, carts and saved offers. Optionally, your postcode, scanned receipt data, and any loyalty cards you choose to add. Full details are in Profile → Legal and privacy → Privacy and Tracking.

No, we don't sell personal data. We may share aggregated, anonymized insights with retailers or partners, but never anything that identifies you.

Yes. Go to Profile → Account to manage your data. Export and deletion requests are handled in line with Swiss and EU data protection law.

Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the data linked to it.

Every day. New flyers are added as soon as retailers publish them, and you'll always see the validity dates on each offer card.

Use Rappn to compare offers and unit prices. Check with the retailer whether a promotion applies online and what delivery conditions apply.

You need an internet connection for current offers and shared-list synchronisation.

A few reasons. Offers vary by canton, some promotions are in-store-only or loyalty-card-only, and once in a while flyers go out just before our next data refresh. If something's clearly missing, please report it. That's the fastest way to help us improve.
