Zolla
Rosso Puglia IGP
Impure
This dry red wine from Argentina was produced from Malbec grapes that come from the first-class wine-growing region of Mendoza. These were transported to the cellar after careful hand-picking and fermented in oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 26°C. Initially, the wine remained on the mash, which gave it its intense color and aromas. Afterwards, the wine was stored for another ten to twelve months in French barriques.
