Description

Rinforzo is an iconic wine from Puglia. Rinforzo is a particular processing method that involves the skillful management of the grapes, which are allowed to dry slightly both in crates and in the cellar. The production area of the Primitivo grapes is located in Puglia, in the Salento area, in the hills around the municipality of Manduria. The soils in the area are very calcareous and clayey. Grapes from the best plots were used for the production of Rinforzo Primitivo Salento. The aging of the wine lasted 8-10 months.
