A varietal red wine with notes of red berries, cinnamon, coffee, and tobacco on the nose. This Mosaico from Casa di Terra presents itself with elegance and resonance. It was obtained from the purest Merlot grape variety and was harvested by hand in small crates. Fermentation followed in steel tanks at 26-28°C in contact with the must. Further aging lasted 6 months in French oak barriques. It is a perfect companion for Florentine steak and aged cheeses. The Casa di Terra Bolgheri winery is an oasis for wine lovers.
