The Ojo de Ibiza Terrazas del Norte is an exceptional red wine that impresses with its depth and complexity. In the glass, it has an impenetrable purplish-red color that visually underlines its intense structure. The aroma is deep and seductive, with flavors of black elderberry, flowers, mint, vanilla, rock and a subtle hint of smoke. On the palate, the wine is powerful and elegant. With a creamy and dense structure, a juicy and irresistible fruit extract unfolds, while solid, fine-grained tannins provide a cool, almost background effect. The long finish is accompanied by fruit and a recurring note of mint, which harmoniously rounds off the taste experience. The Ojo de Ibiza Terrazas del Norte grows in the mountains north of Ibiza, on small terraces of sandy and limestone soil. The grapes undergo maceration in small steel tanks and mature for 24 months in French barriques, 20% of which are new. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without added flavors to preserve its natural character. This impressive wine is an excellent accompaniment to red meat, pasta, roasts or duck breast and is the perfect companion for sophisticated dishes.
