Legaris
For Legaris Reserva, very ripe grapes from the best local plots and only from controlled suppliers are used. After careful selection on the sorting table, the grapes are poured into a small stainless steel truncated cone tank, where maceration takes place for several days at a low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C with indigenous yeasts. The fruits are stirred manually for three weeks. Subsequently, the wine matures for 20 months in old and new French oak barrels. Legaris is a relatively young and modern winery with a contemporary style, which constantly seeks to improve the organoleptic properties and fruits of the territory to produce wines with a unique character, which have a good structure and a rich and complex aroma.
