Description

The Legaris Crianza is a fruity red wine whose grapes were gently destemmed and transferred to stainless steel tanks. Maceration took place there at a low temperature. Gradually, this was increased until fermentation began. This process lasted approx. 2 weeks. The wine was then subjected to malolactic fermentation and filled into 50% French and 50% American oak barrels. The wine matured there for 12 months and was then subjected to a gentle filtration. Afterwards, the wine matured for another year in the bottle before it came onto the market. A wine that is suitable for special occasions and celebrations, but can also be drunk very well just like that.
