Description

This wine is obtained from the best grapes of the region, harvested from vines with an average age of 20 years. Some vines of the Corvina variety can even be 35 years old. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are withered and stored for a long time in large barrels and special barriques. The Santambrogio is a strong red wine full of character. It smells of cherry and licorice. It perfectly accompanies game dishes. The Aldegheri family business has existed since 1956 and is constantly striving to improve the production process of its wines.
