Migros flyer online: where to find it and why it is regional

There is no single Migros flyer: the weekly flyer is published per regional cooperative, in print as the "Migros Woche" insert of the Migros-Magazin and digitally as a regional page-flip edition. New deals have started every Thursday since 5 February 2026. You can search all Migros offers, compared neutrally, in the Rappn app.

Migros flyer online: the regional weekly flyers of the ten cooperatives and the searchable alternative

There is no single national Migros flyer. Migros is a federation of ten regional cooperatives, and the weekly promotions flyer is published per region: in print as the "Migros Woche" insert of the Migros-Magazin, and digitally as a regional page-flip edition on issuu, linked from migros.ch. Since 5 February 2026, new deals start every Thursday.

Sources checked regularly. Migros press release of 26 January 2026 on the new promotion start day, corporate.migros.ch on the ten cooperatives, issuu.com/m-magazin for the regional weekly flyers, magazine.migros.ch on the Migros-Magazin. This week's exact prices are live in the Rappn app, not in this guide.

Rappn is the only neutral grocery price comparison app in Switzerland, with no commercial agreements with any retailer.

Why there is not one Migros flyer, but many

Migros is organised as a federation of ten regional cooperatives: Aare, Basel, Geneva, Lucerne, Neuchâtel-Fribourg, Ostschweiz (eastern Switzerland), Ticino, Vaud, Valais and Zurich (source: corporate.migros.ch). Each cooperative runs the stores in its territory, and that is exactly why the flyer is regional. The official Migros-Wochenflyer appears in separate editions per region and language. On issuu, the Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund publishes distinct editions every week, for example for Zurich, Lucerne, eastern Switzerland or Ticino (source: issuu.com/m-magazin).

For you as a shopper this means: individual deals, ranges and prices can differ between regions. To read the flyer online you first have to pick the right region, then flip through a PDF. And if you live near a cooperative border, say between Aare and Zurich, two nearby stores may show slightly different flyers.

New since February 2026: deals start Thursday instead of Tuesday

Since 5 February 2026, Migros promotions start on Thursday and run until Wednesday of the following week. Before that, the promotion week began on Tuesday. The Migros-Magazin with the "Migros Woche" insert has been delivered on Wednesdays since the change, one day before the deals go live (source: Migros press release of 26 January 2026, confirmed by 20 Minuten and Blick).

Migros explains the move with shopping behaviour: more and more customers do their big weekly shop between Thursday and Saturday, so more promotional items should be available on those busy days (source: Migros press release). Denner, which belongs to the Migros Group, has moved its promotion week to a Thursday start as well, and the Denner offers are now inserted in the Migros-Magazin too.

A practical note: some third-party flyer sites still say "from Tuesday" in places. That wording dates from before February 2026 and is outdated. What counts is what Migros itself communicates; when in doubt, Thursday is the start of the promotion week.

The Migros-Magazin is one of Switzerland's highest-circulation weekly papers. It is sent free to cooperative members and Cumulus participants, and larger stores stock it as well (source: magazine.migros.ch, corporate.migros.ch). There is no English print edition, but the deals themselves are easy to follow in apps without any German.

The alternative: a searchable list instead of flipping PDFs

The classic flyer is made for browsing, not for searching. If you want to know whether your favourite coffee is on promotion this week, you flip through the PDF page by page. And to compare with Coop, Aldi or Lidl you need the next flyer straight away. That is exactly the gap a merged list closes: in the Rappn app you search for a product and see at once whether and where it is on promotion, filterable by category, price and canton.

The current Migros weekly deals are explained at Migros deals this week, and there is a preview of the coming week at Migros deals next week. If you want the full picture across every Swiss supermarket, start with the overview of Swiss supermarket flyers.

The Migros flyer without the flipping: live in Rappn

This guide explains the system but deliberately names no specific weekly prices, because they change every Thursday. The current Migros deals are in the Rappn app, updated daily and compared neutrally, filterable by canton. Over 10,000 offers, over 3,000 supermarkets, 100% free. That way you see at a glance whether the Migros deal really is the best price, or whether another retailer is cheaper this week. A good place to start is the cross-chain price comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find the current Migros flyer online?

Migros publishes the weekly flyer digitally as regional page-flip editions on issuu, linked from the offer pages of migros.ch. You first pick your region, for example Aare or Zurich, then flip through the PDF. Alternatively, the Rappn app shows all Migros deals as one searchable list.

When does the new Migros flyer come out?

New deals start every Thursday and run until Wednesday of the following week, a change effective 5 February 2026. The Migros-Magazin with the "Migros Woche" insert lands in letterboxes on Wednesday, one day earlier (source: Migros press release of 26 January 2026).

Why does the Migros flyer differ from region to region?

Migros consists of ten regional cooperatives, from Aare to Zurich, and the weekly flyer appears in separate editions per region and language. Individual deals, ranges and prices can therefore differ between regions (source: corporate.migros.ch, issuu.com/m-magazin).

Why do some flyer sites still say Migros deals start on Tuesday?

Until early February 2026 Migros deals did start on Tuesday, and some third-party portals have not updated their texts since. The binding start day is Thursday, as communicated by Migros itself (source: Migros press release of 26 January 2026).

Is there an English version of the Migros flyer?

No, the flyer editions appear in German, French and Italian depending on the region. The deals themselves are easy to follow without German though: apps like Migros and Rappn show them as product lists, and Rappn runs in English.

How do I compare Migros deals with other supermarkets?

Fastest with a neutral price comparison: in the Rappn app you search for a product and see at once whether it is on promotion at Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl, Denner, Aligro or Otto's. That shows you whether the Migros deal really is the best price of the week.
