The short answer: you cannot order groceries from Denner online — wine and champagne, yes. On its FAQ page Denner itself writes that it sells only wine and champagne online, and points grocery-delivery customers to Migros's offering (Denner has been part of the Migros group since 2007).

The Denner Weinshop in detail
The only real online ordering channel is the Weinshop. Terms: minimum order CHF 50, delivery fee CHF 9.90, free from CHF 400; between CHF 50 and 100 a small-quantity surcharge of up to CHF 5 applies. Order by 2 pm and it is usually delivered the next business day (Planzer). In-store pickup is "not possible for organisational reasons".
The Denner app: flyer, not ordering
The "Denner – Aktionen und Weinshop" app shows the digital flyer, a shareable shopping list and a promo alert for favourite products; you can also use the Weinshop through it. For the weekly grocery shop it is a planning tool, not an ordering tool. The login is the shared Migros account.
