Description

The Binigrau “Ecològic” wine is produced from the legendary Bordeaux grape variety Merlot in combination with the ancient Majorcan grape variety Mantonegro, to form a unique cuvée. Beautiful in the glass, with a strong and intense ruby red color. The grape varieties come from the oldest vines of the Finca Can Grau from organic farming. Its spicy touch comes from 6 months of aging in oak barriques. Ideal to accompany Mediterranean dishes, various types of cheese and meat dishes.
