No, and that is precisely one reason for the lower price. Lidl's Swiss organic goods are produced to Bio Suisse guidelines but without a Bud licence, so without a Bud logo; imported organic meets the EU-organic minimum. Coop and Migros pay a turnover-based Bud licence fee that the discounters do not pay. That only explains part of the price gap, though.
