Description
This Grunon is a fruity red wine made from Syrah and Garnacha grapes. It was gently pressed and matured on the lees. The maturation lasted up to six months in stainless steel tanks before it was marketed. Its taste profile is rounded off with preserved fruit, black fruit, herbs and sweet spices. Its medium acidity and tannins give it a slightly rough and dry taste. It is an ideal companion for dishes such as soft cheese, Asian dishes, appetizers, grilled meat, pastrami sandwiches and beef.
